No Raw Database Data Claim

For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This Disclaimer explains that EC may depend on third-party vendors and that vendor outages, policy changes, API changes, pricing changes, authentication changes, or service failures may affect EC.

2. Scope

This Disclaimer applies to vendors and services including Google, Google Workspace, Google Voice, Zoho, Tailscale, UniFi, GL.iNet, SMS/modem providers, carriers, payment/accounting systems, DNS providers, SSL providers, hosting providers, package registries, operating systems, and network providers.

3. Third-Party Control

Quintin N. Mahan does not control third-party vendor uptime, pricing, APIs, authentication, data formats, rate limits, service terms, support response, outages, or security incidents.

4. EC Impact

Vendor changes may break, degrade, delay, disable, or alter EC features, reports, dashboards, automations, integrations, imports, exports, notifications, or workflows.

5. No Guarantee

EC does not guarantee continued operation of a third-party integration or feature dependent on a third-party vendor.

6. Owner/Admin Discretion

Quintin N. Mahan may modify, disable, replace, delay, or remove third-party integrations based on vendor changes, risk, cost, reliability, security, or owner/admin judgment.

7. No Liability for Vendor Events

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintin N. Mahan is not liable for losses or delays caused by third-party vendor outages, changes, suspensions, errors, or limitations.


Changes to This Policy

Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.

The current active version will be displayed through the Legal hub or Policies hub.

Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, legal history, and historical review.
