Employee Center Suspension, Revocation, and Access Termination Policy
No Raw Database Data Claim
For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.
This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose
This Suspension, Revocation, and Access Termination Policy explains when EC access may be limited, suspended, revoked, terminated, blocked, reduced, or conditioned.
EC is a private operational platform owned by Quintin N. Mahan. Access is conditional and may be changed or removed as needed to protect EC, users, customers, legal records, certificates, backups, and the EC Protected Materials.
2. Scope
This policy applies to user accounts, admin accounts, company-authority accounts, service accounts, display accounts, API accounts, integrations, automations, sessions, tokens, routes, exports, certificates, dashboards, reports, and modules.
3. Grounds for Suspension or Revocation
Access may be suspended, revoked, restricted, or terminated for reasons including:
- refusal of Terms;
- decline of required policies;
- security risk;
- suspected compromise;
- credential sharing;
- unauthorized access;
- attempted lockout;
- attempted seizure;
- attempted copying or cloning;
- misuse of exports;
- misuse of APIs;
- misuse of automations;
- false records;
- data tampering;
- violation of EC policies;
- employment change;
- role change;
- evidence preservation and authorized transition support risk;
- legal preservation need;
- nonpayment where applicable;
- owner/admin judgment.
4. Immediate Action
EC may restrict access immediately without advance notice where needed for security, legal preservation, owner/admin protection, evidence preservation and authorized transition support, evidence preservation, or system stability.
5. Partial Restrictions
EC may limit only certain access rather than disabling an account entirely.
Restrictions may include disabling exports, disabling APIs, disabling admin routes, disabling certificates, disabling integrations, reducing permissions, requiring password reset, requiring Terms acceptance, or placing the user into read-only access.
6. No Right to Continued Access
No user or company has a guaranteed right to continued EC access unless a separate written agreement signed by Quintin N. Mahan states otherwise.
Access being previously available does not create a right to future access.
7. Records of Revocation
EC may log suspension, revocation, restriction, termination, decline, and no-access events.
Logs may include user identity, company identity, reason, timestamp, IP address, user agent, Terms version, policy version, admin action, and related notes.
8. Reinstatement
Access may be reinstated at Quintin N. Mahan’s discretion.
Reinstatement may require Terms acceptance, password reset, role review, management approval, owner/admin approval, security review, or other conditions.
9. Changes to This Policy
Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.
Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, and historical review.
