Source Records vs. EC Protected Materials Policy
Source Records Stay Separate
Raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, and customer relationships do not become owned by Quintin N. Mahan merely because they are entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.
EC Protected Materials Stay Separate
A lawful right to a source record, customer record, operational record, or underlying fact does not create ownership or control of EC software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, or EC-created structural organization.
Export Line
CRS may request a commercially reasonable export of raw operational records when permitted by the Terms.
That export does not include EC source code, schema/control design, internal logic, queries, dashboards, reports, metadata systems, credentials, legal records, certificates, hashes, audit internals, backups of protected materials, methodology, or trade secrets.
