For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.
This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose
This policy addresses EC control if Quintin N. Mahan is unavailable, incapacitated, deceased, locked out, or otherwise unable to administer EC.
The purpose is to preserve EC ownership, continuity, evidence, backups, credentials, and legal rights.
2. Owner Rights Preserved
Incapacity, unavailability, death, employment change, lockout, dispute, or emergency does not transfer EC ownership to CRS or any user/company.
EC remains owned by Quintin N. Mahan or his lawful estate, successor, assignee, designee, or authorized representative as applicable.
3. Emergency Designee
Quintin N. Mahan may designate emergency contacts, technical contacts, legal contacts, estate contacts, or continuity contacts outside EC or within EC records.
A designee receives only the rights expressly granted by Quintin N. Mahan or lawful authority.
4. No CRS Seizure
CRS may not use owner unavailability, incapacity, death, or emergency as a reason to seize EC, credentials, backups, source code, repositories, domains, infrastructure, or the EC Protected Materials.
5. Continuity Planning
EC may maintain sealed instructions, asset registers, backup locations, credential escrow notes, emergency procedures, or owner/admin recovery records.
Such records may be restricted, encrypted, sealed, or available only under conditions set by Quintin N. Mahan.
6. Legal Process
Any estate, successor, or emergency control dispute must be handled through lawful process.
7. Preservation
Upon emergency or owner unavailability, EC records, backups, logs, certificates, and legal artifacts may be preserved.
Changes to This Policy
Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.
The current active version will be displayed through the Legal hub or Policies hub.
Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, legal history, and historical review.
