Employee Center No Seizure, No Self-Help, and No Lockout Policy

No Raw Database Data Claim

For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This policy prohibits any attempt to seize, copy, disable, transfer, control, or lock Quintin N. Mahan out of EC.

2. No Self-Help

No user, company, officer, manager, employee, buyer, successor, vendor, creditor, receiver, trustee, or third party may use self-help to take control of EC.

Disputes must be handled through lawful process.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes taking credentials, changing passwords, rotating keys, revoking tokens, copying repositories, copying databases, taking backups, disabling servers, redirecting domains, changing DNS, removing devices, blocking owner/admin access, disabling logs, disabling certificates, or moving EC to another host.

4. No Business-Need Exception

Business need, customer need, management authority, operational reliance, sale of CRS, emergency, or inconvenience does not authorize seizure, lockout, copying, or transfer of EC.

5. Evidence Preservation

Attempted seizure, lockout, or self-help may be logged and preserved as evidence.

EC may restrict accounts, rotate credentials, preserve backups, and seek legal relief.


Changes to This Policy

Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.

The current active version will be displayed through the Legal hub.

Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, and historical review.
