For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. This No Professional Advice / Operational Tool Disclaimer explains that Employee Center (“EC”) is an operational software tool and does not provide professional advice.

EC may help organize, calculate, summarize, report, display, or route information, but EC outputs should be reviewed by appropriate people before being used for important decisions.

2. No Legal Advice

EC does not provide legal advice. Legal records, notices, certificates, summaries, or evidence packages generated by EC are operational/evidence tools and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel where legal advice is needed.

3. No Tax or Accounting Advice

EC does not provide tax or accounting advice. Reports, tax-rate references, sales summaries, revenue data, deduction records, or accounting-related outputs should be reviewed by qualified tax or accounting professionals where professional advice is needed.

4. No Payroll or HR Advice

EC does not provide payroll, wage/hour, HR, employment, benefits, or labor-law advice. Timecards, segments, PTO records, approvals, or employee records should be reviewed by authorized personnel and qualified professionals where needed.

EC outputs may contain errors, incomplete data, outdated data, user-entry mistakes, integration delays, calculation issues, or formatting problems.

Users and companies are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

7. User and Company Responsibility

Users and companies remain responsible for decisions made using EC information.

EC should not be treated as a substitute for professional review, management judgment, source records, or qualified advice.

8. Ownership Preserved

Nothing in this Disclaimer transfers ownership of EC, EC outputs, EC reports, EC workflows, EC dashboards, EC automations, EC legal records, EC certificates, EC backups, or the EC Protected Materials.

9. Changes to This Disclaimer

Quintin N. Mahan may update this Disclaimer by publishing a new active version in EC.

Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, and historical review.
