Employee Center Module-Specific Governance Policy

No Raw Database Data Claim

For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This policy explains that EC modules may have module-specific rules, disclaimers, workflows, permissions, records, and retention practices.

2. Covered Modules

Modules may include Tasks, Timecards, Directory, Calls, Service Reports, Inventory, Payments, Network, Legal, Admin, Reports, Dashboards, Automations, Integrations, Attachments, and future modules.

3. Module Rules

Each module may have rules governing access, data entry, review, approval, correction, export, retention, legal preservation, customer communication, and owner/admin oversight.

4. Module Rules Do Not Transfer Ownership

Use of a module does not transfer ownership of EC, module logic, workflows, schemas, reports, dashboards, automations, or records.

5. Module Access

Module access may be role-based, permission-based, device-based, company-based, training-based, or owner/admin-approved.

6. Future Modules

Quintin N. Mahan may add, remove, rename, reorganize, or restrict modules at his discretion.

7. Conflict

If module-specific guidance conflicts with the Employee Center Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control unless a separate signed written agreement states otherwise.
