1. Purpose

This policy authorizes immediate emergency owner/admin action to protect EC, users, customers, legal records, certificates, backups, infrastructure, and the EC Protected Materials.

2. Emergency Conditions

Emergency conditions may include suspected compromise, malware, credential exposure, attempted lockout, attempted seizure, suspicious exports, destructive actions, data corruption, ransomware, legal preservation risk, vendor outage, system failure, or owner/admin threat.

3. Emergency Actions

Quintin N. Mahan may immediately suspend accounts, revoke sessions, rotate credentials, disable exports, disable APIs, disable integrations, take EC offline, freeze records, preserve logs, preserve backups, restore from backup, change hosting, restrict access, or notify appropriate parties.

4. No Advance Notice Required

Emergency actions may occur without advance notice where notice could increase risk, delay protection, expose credentials, or interfere with preservation.

5. No Waiver

Taking emergency action does not waive EC ownership, Terms rights, policy rights, legal claims, or owner/admin control.

6. Evidence

Emergency actions, triggering events, logs, and preservation records may be retained as evidence.
