Employee Center Data Export and Migration Policy

No Raw Database Data Claim

For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This Data Export and Migration Policy explains how Employee Center (“EC”) exports, migration files, data packages, evidence packages, reports, backups, and transition files may be created, limited, reviewed, logged, or denied.

EC is privately owned by Quintin N. Mahan. Exports may support operations, reporting, troubleshooting, legal preservation, backups, evidence preservation and authorized transition support, migration, or owner/admin defense.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all exports from EC, including CSV files, spreadsheets, PDFs, JSON files, database extracts, report downloads, service reports, certificate packages, legal exhibit packages, backup exports, integration exports, migration packages, and API exports.

3. No Ownership Transfer by Export

An export does not transfer ownership of EC, EC source code, EC schemas, EC workflows, EC reports, EC dashboards, EC automations, EC integrations, EC legal records, EC backups, or the EC Protected Materials.

Approved exports are limited-use copies and remain subject to EC Terms and policies.

4. Authorized Exports

EC may allow exports for authorized EC-related purposes, including reporting, customer service, service history, accounting reference, legal preservation, support, troubleshooting, migration, backups, and evidence preservation and authorized transition support.

Export availability may depend on user role, permission, module, owner/admin approval, security risk, data sensitivity, legal hold, and Terms compliance.

5. Restricted Exports

EC may restrict or deny exports involving bulk customer lists, full database copies, legal records, certificate records, audit logs, backups, source-code-related records, integration secrets, credentials, sensitive records, or records under preservation hold.

6. Migration

Migration support, if any, is controlled by Quintin N. Mahan.

No user or company is entitled to a full EC clone, database dump, schema copy, source-code copy, backup copy, or migration package unless a separate written agreement signed by Quintin N. Mahan states otherwise.

7. Logging and Evidence

EC may log exports and migration activity, including requesting user, timestamp, export type, filters, record count, destination, IP address, user agent, approval status, and file hash.

Export logs may be retained for security, evidence, legal defense, evidence preservation and authorized transition support, and enforcement.

8. Prohibited Export Use

Users may not use exports to scrape EC, clone EC, create a competing system, bypass permissions, transfer EC data to unauthorized systems, transfer EC data to a buyer or successor, hide activity, alter records, or interfere with EC ownership.

9. Revocation

EC may suspend or revoke export access at any time for security, legal, operational, preservation, or owner/admin reasons.

10. Changes to This Policy

Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.

Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, and historical review.
