For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.
This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose
This Disclaimer explains that EC dashboards, wallboards, display views, kiosk screens, shared screens, and live status displays are operational displays only.
They may be delayed, incomplete, filtered, cached, role-limited, device-limited, or temporarily inaccurate.
2. Scope
This Disclaimer applies to display dashboards, office wallboards, tablet views, TV displays, status boards, task boards, call boards, network displays, timecard dashboards, service dashboards, and other EC visual displays.
3. Operational Display Only
Dashboard and wallboard views are intended to support awareness and workflow coordination.
They are not guaranteed to be complete, final, real-time, error-free, accounting-grade, payroll-grade, legal-grade, or suitable as a sole source of truth.
4. Delays and Filters
Displayed information may be delayed or filtered due to caching, permissions, network conditions, refresh intervals, API limits, browser state, integration delay, data-entry delay, device issues, or owner/admin configuration.
5. Read-Only and Display Accounts
Display accounts may be read-only, limited-purpose, or filtered.
A display account does not create user rights, export rights, admin rights, or ownership rights.
6. Confidentiality
Users must avoid showing confidential EC information to unauthorized viewers.
Shared displays should be configured and placed with confidentiality in mind.
7. No Reliance Without Review
Users should review source records or authorized reports before using displayed information for customer communications, payroll, accounting, legal records, billing, or employment decisions.
8. Changes
Quintin N. Mahan may add, remove, redesign, filter, restrict, or disable dashboards and display views at his discretion.
Changes to This Policy
Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.
The current active version will be displayed through the Legal hub or Policies hub.
Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, legal history, and historical review.
