No Customer Relationship Claim

These policies do not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns CRS customer relationships merely because customer information is stored in EC.

No Raw Customer Record Claim

These policies do not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw customer records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, raw contact facts, phone numbers, email addresses, service facts, addresses, or raw operational facts merely because that information is stored in EC.

EC Protected Materials

Quintin N. Mahan retains ownership and control of the EC Protected Materials used to receive, structure, relate, index, display, report, audit, secure, and export customer-related information, including EC source code, schemas, data model, relationships, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, access controls, metadata systems, audit systems, legal records, certificate records, hardware, infrastructure, methodology, and trade secrets.

Export

CRS may request a commercially reasonable export of raw operational records when permitted by the Terms.

Export rights do not include EC source code, schemas, database design, data model, internal logic, dashboards, reports, query logic, metadata systems, certificates, hashes, credentials, trade secrets, methodology, or other EC Protected Materials.
