For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This policy explains what may happen if a company, company-authority user, owner, officer, manager, employee, buyer, successor, or user refuses, declines, disputes, selectively accepts, or attempts to avoid EC Terms or policies.

2. Refusal Events

Refusal events may include declining Terms, refusing required policies, disputing ownership provisions, attempting selective acceptance, refusing company-authority acceptance, attempting to continue use without acceptance, or demanding access while rejecting EC conditions.

3. Access Consequences

EC access may be suspended, restricted, terminated, placed in read-only mode, or conditioned on acceptance.

Features, exports, integrations, certificates, dashboards, reports, APIs, and automations may be disabled.

4. No Rights Created by Refusal

Refusal does not create ownership rights, source-code rights, database rights, export rights, backup rights, migration rights, buyer/successor rights, or continued access rights.

5. Preservation

Refusal, decline, dispute, or attempted selective acceptance may be logged and preserved as EC evidence.

6. Continuity

After refusal, Quintin N. Mahan may preserve and use EC and the EC Protected Materials for lawful EC-related purposes including legal defense, evidence preservation, evidence preservation and authorized transition support, and migration.

7. No Partial Avoidance

A company or user may not accept EC benefits while rejecting EC ownership, legal records, certificate records, access conditions, or protected materials provisions.


Changes to This Policy

Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.

The current active version will be displayed through the Legal hub or Policies hub.

Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, legal history, and historical review.
