Employee Center Audit Logging and Monitoring Policy

For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This policy explains that EC activity may be logged, monitored, reviewed, preserved, and used as evidence.

2. Logged Activity

EC may log logins, failed logins, session activity, IP addresses, user agents, page views, record changes, exports, imports, attachments, API calls, webhook activity, automation activity, certificate views, Terms acceptance, policy views, admin actions, backup actions, and security events.

3. Monitoring

EC may monitor activity for security, troubleshooting, operations, audit, legal preservation, evidence preservation and authorized transition support, and enforcement.

4. Evidence

Audit logs may be used as evidence of access, actions, notice, acceptance, refusal, misuse, security incidents, or policy violations.

5. No Tampering

Users may not delete, disable, alter, conceal, falsify, or interfere with EC logs or monitoring.


Changes to This Policy

Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.

The current active version will be displayed through the Legal hub.

Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, and historical review.
