Employee Center Administrative Access and Owner Control Policy

No Raw Database Data Claim

For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This Administrative Access and Owner Control Policy explains that owner/admin access to Employee Center (“EC”) is controlled by Quintin N. Mahan.

EC is a private operational platform owned by Quintin N. Mahan. Owner/admin access is required to operate, maintain, secure, back up, preserve, update, audit, repair, defend, and enforce EC.

2. Scope

This policy applies to EC application admin access, database access, repository access, server access, backup access, domain/DNS access, reverse proxy access, API credentials, integration credentials, service accounts, legal records, certificate systems, deployment systems, and infrastructure used to operate EC.

3. Owner/Admin Access Is Required

Quintin N. Mahan may retain owner/admin access to all EC systems and records.

This includes access to EC source code, servers, databases, backups, repositories, storage, DNS, reverse proxies, credentials, logs, certificates, legal records, generated exhibits, integrations, automation systems, and deployment systems.

4. No Revocation or Lockout

No user, company, officer, manager, employee, buyer, successor, creditor, vendor, or third party may disable, revoke, block, seize, transfer, reassign, rotate, reset, or interfere with owner/admin access except through lawful process.

Prohibited conduct includes changing passwords, rotating keys, revoking tokens, removing accounts, blocking network access, taking devices, taking backups, redirecting domains, disabling servers, copying repositories, or preventing Quintin N. Mahan from administering EC.

5. Admin Roles and Delegated Access

Quintin N. Mahan may delegate limited administrative access to users or service accounts.

Delegated admin access may be limited, temporary, revocable, logged, role-based, module-based, or purpose-based.

Delegated access does not transfer ownership or control of EC.

6. Emergency Owner Control

Quintin N. Mahan may take immediate owner/admin action to protect EC, including suspending accounts, revoking sessions, rotating credentials, disabling APIs, disabling integrations, restricting exports, preserving logs, restoring backups, or placing EC into maintenance mode.

7. Sale or Change of Control

A sale, transfer, merger, acquisition, ownership change, control change, asset sale, or successor transaction involving CRS does not transfer EC owner/admin access.

Any buyer or successor requires a new written license from Quintin N. Mahan to access EC.

8. Evidence and Logging

Owner/admin access changes, attempted lockouts, credential changes, admin activity, and access-control events may be logged and preserved as EC evidence.

Users and companies must not delete, alter, conceal, or interfere with these records.

9. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in access suspension, revocation, legal enforcement, preservation of evidence, injunctive relief, and recovery of costs or fees where available.

10. Changes to This Policy

Quintin N. Mahan may update this policy by publishing a new active version in EC.

Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, and historical review.
