Employee Center Accessibility Notice

No Raw Database Data Claim

For clarity, this document does not claim that Quintin N. Mahan owns raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

This document protects EC Protected Materials: the application, software, source code, schemas, database design, data model, relationships, indexes, workflows, dashboards, reports, queries, automations, integrations, APIs, access controls, credentials, hardware, infrastructure, legal records, certificate records, hashes, metadata systems, audit systems, methods, processes, techniques, trade secrets, documentation, and EC-created structural organization.

1. Purpose

This Accessibility Notice explains Employee Center’s good-faith approach to usability and access issues.

EC is a private operational platform owned by Quintin N. Mahan. EC is intended for authorized business users, administrators, service accounts, integrations, and approved operational users.

This Notice is intended to provide a practical route for reporting access or usability problems without creating a guarantee that every device, browser, assistive technology, display, workflow, or feature will function in every circumstance.

2. Scope

This Notice applies to EC pages, dashboards, reports, forms, legal documents, certificate pages, profile pages, mobile/tablet views, display views, and other EC user interfaces.

It does not apply to third-party systems, third-party websites, external integrations, operating systems, browsers, devices, or networks outside EC control.

3. Good-Faith Accessibility Effort

Quintin N. Mahan may make good-faith efforts to improve EC usability, readability, navigation, device support, and accessibility where practical.

Good-faith efforts may include layout improvements, clearer labels, better contrast, mobile/tablet adjustments, keyboard navigation improvements, form improvements, plain-language notices, and workflow simplification.

Good-faith effort is not a guarantee that EC will meet every accessibility standard, user preference, device limitation, browser behavior, or assistive-technology configuration.

4. Reporting Access Issues

Users should report access, usability, display, readability, navigation, device, or assistive-technology issues through an authorized EC support channel or to an owner/admin contact designated by Quintin N. Mahan.

Reports should include the page or feature affected, device/browser used, description of the issue, screenshots if appropriate, and any urgent operational impact.

5. Alternate Access or Workarounds

Where practical, EC may provide alternate workflows, owner/admin assistance, manual workarounds, different formats, or temporary procedures.

Providing a workaround does not waive EC ownership, security controls, access restrictions, Terms requirements, or policy requirements.

Accessibility or usability issues do not authorize users to bypass login, permissions, Terms acceptance, certificate visibility rules, API controls, security controls, or legal-record protections.

Users must not use an access issue as a reason to scrape, copy, bypass, alter, or interfere with EC.

7. No Guaranteed Feature or Device Support

EC does not guarantee support for every browser, device, screen size, operating system, assistive technology, network, kiosk, tablet, display, or custom configuration.

EC may prioritize access improvements based on operational impact, security, legal requirements, user need, available resources, and owner/admin judgment.

8. Changes to This Notice

Quintin N. Mahan may update this Accessibility Notice by publishing a new active version in EC.

The current active version will be displayed through the Legal hub. Older versions may remain stored in Postgres for audit, evidence, and historical review.
