Employee Center No Raw Database Data Claim Notice

Purpose

This notice is part of the Employee Center legal and policy library.

It clarifies that the active Employee Center legal position is focused on protecting Quintin N. Mahan’s application, code, structures, methodology, trade secrets, owner-controlled hardware, owner-controlled credentials, and EC-created control layer.

No Raw Database Data Ownership Claim

Quintin N. Mahan does not claim ownership of raw facts, raw database rows, independent outside source records, CRS-owned operational records, customer-owned records, third-party-owned records, or customer relationships merely because such information is entered into, stored in, processed by, displayed through, backed up with, or exported from EC.

What Is Protected

Quintin N. Mahan claims ownership and control, to the maximum extent permitted by law, of:

• the EC application;
• EC source code;
• EC object code;
• EC scripts;
• EC repository materials;
• EC schemas;
• EC database design;
• EC table design;
• EC data model;
• EC indexes;
• EC relationships;
• EC workflows;
• EC dashboards;
• EC reports;
• EC queries;
• EC calculations;
• EC automations;
• EC integrations;
• EC APIs;
• EC business logic;
• EC interface design;
• EC methods;
• EC processes;
• EC techniques;
• EC trade secrets;
• EC architecture;
• EC metadata systems;
• EC audit systems;
• EC legal records;
• EC certificate records;
• EC hash records;
• EC access-control systems;
• EC credentials;
• EC service accounts;
• EC hardware owned, configured, maintained, or controlled by Quintin N. Mahan;
• EC infrastructure owned, configured, maintained, or controlled by Quintin N. Mahan;
• EC documentation;
• backups of EC Protected Materials;
• and EC-created structural organization.

Raw Records and Exports

CRS may retain whatever rights it has in raw CRS-owned operational records, independent outside source records, and customer relationships.

Customers and third parties may retain whatever rights they have in their own records and information.

A lawful right to raw records or customer relationships does not create any ownership or control of EC Protected Materials.

Feature and Code Control

CRS and its users cannot demand EC updates, restrict EC feature implementation, prevent EC feature removal, control EC code, control EC methodology, control EC hardware, control EC credentials, control EC repository access, or prevent Quintin N. Mahan from modifying, licensing, selling, publishing, releasing, transferring, or open-sourcing EC Protected Materials, unless Quintin N. Mahan signs a separate written agreement stating otherwise.
