This Cookie and Local Storage Notice explains how Employee Center (“EC”) may use cookies, browser storage, session storage, local storage, tokens, and similar browser-based technologies.
EC is a private operational platform owned by Quintin N. Mahan. EC uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, session management, user preferences, application functionality, and audit purposes.

4. What Cookies and Local Storage Are
Cookies are small files or values stored by a browser and sent with requests to a website or application.
Local storage and session storage are browser storage areas that may store application data on a device.
Tokens are values that may be used to maintain login state, protect sessions, prevent request forgery, remember user preferences, or support secure application behavior.

10. Third-Party Services
EC may connect to or redirect users to third-party services, including Zoho, Google, Google Voice, email providers, or other approved integrations.
Those services may use their own cookies, storage, tracking technologies, logs, or privacy practices.
This Notice applies to EC-controlled cookies and storage, not third-party websites or services outside EC.

- inability to use EC.
Users should not attempt to bypass, manipulate, forge, copy, or reuse EC cookies, session values, local storage values, or tokens.
12. Device and Shared Browser Caution
Users should not use EC from untrusted devices or shared browsers unless authorized and appropriate.
Users should sign out of EC when finished, especially on shared or public devices.

- the session ends;
- the browser is closed;
- the user signs out;
- the user clears browser storage;
- EC expires the session;
- EC replaces the value;
- the value is no longer needed;
- or the browser removes it.
Server-side logs related to cookies, sessions, authentication, security, and audit events may be retained under the Privacy Notice, Data Retention and Backup Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
